Created as a part of a commission for Dr. Luis Fernando Santana of UC Davis Health at the University of California. Dr. Santana wanted an artful representation of the heart for his opening slide in a lecture focusing on the anatomy of the SA node. I aimed to communicate the feeling of an oil painting or fresco.
